You will be responsible for analysing client needs, developing financial solutions, and offering recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional and production support for Coupa Resolve approval workflow breakdowns, invoice and PO mismatches, integration failures, user access/configuration issues, and data integrity issues Support backlog management and issue resolution across procurement processes Perform end-to-end procurement testing for system changes and enhancements Support SOX/compliance audits and control-related activities Assist with Oracle–Coupa financial reconciliation and interface monitoring Coordinate with procurement, finance, IT, and technical teams for incident resolution Support enhancements, testing, and change requests Maintain SOPs, support documentation, and knowledge articles

Eligibility

BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/ Finance Degree Education Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA (Master of Business Administration)

Skills

3 to 5 years of experience in Coupa support, procurement systems support, or finance systems support Good understanding of procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes Experience with invoice processing, PO matching, approval workflows, and user access support Knowledge of ERP integrations, preferably Oracle Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools, Graduates in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Sciences MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management Functional troubleshooting, Incident management, PMO Development
