Advanced Accounting requires both technical accuracy and speed across adjustments and standards-based questions, while Corporate and Other Laws rewards structured application of legal provisions to the facts presented in the question.

21 August: Income Tax and GST

Friday, 21 August is devoted to taxation. The morning session covers Paper 3, Section A: Income-tax Law, while the 2 PM session covers Section B: Goods & Services Tax.

This split is useful because the two sections demand different revision methods. Income-tax preparation often requires careful rate, provision and computation mapping, whereas GST revision involves a combination of concepts, procedural rules, place-of-supply issues and tax-credit mechanics.
