ICAI Sets September 12 Convocation for Members Enrolled May 1–August 15; 23 Cities Listed

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has scheduled its next convocation for September 12, 2026 for members enrolled between May 1 and August 15, 2026. ICAI’s Members and Students Services Directorate says eligible members will receive their Certificate of Membership or Certificate of Practice at the event, while rank holders of the CA Final examination held in May 2026 will be felicitated with Rank Certificates.

The eligibility window in ICAI’s August 18 announcement is specific: members enrolled from May 1, 2026 to August 15, 2026 are covered. Eligible members are to be contacted individually by the M&SS Directorate with venue, timing and participation-confirmation details.

Newly enrolled members planning to attend should monitor their registered email and other ICAI communication channels for the individual intimation and participation-confirmation instructions. They should also verify that their contact details are current and avoid relying on a city list alone for venue or reporting-time information, because those details are to be communicated separately.
May 2026 CA Final rank holders should likewise watch for the event-specific communication relating to the presentation of Rank Certificates.
