Skills

• Prior experience of working on consulting projects is a must.
• Deep functional knowledge of operations, front and middle office, finance and risk functions.
• Experience in strategy, operations, process redesign, or business architecture in a Capital markets/financial services environment is highly desired.
• Deep knowledge of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives The candidate should have a good understanding of industry trends, challenges, business and technology imperatives etc.
• Manager and Senior Manager aspirant must have strong strategy and consulting experience in leading client discussion, RFI / RFP / RFQ and Leading client discussions Key Competencies and.
• Should have an analytical bent of mind with capability of deciding on nature of information needed and the ability to derive business sense of such information.
• Should be able to think logically and present ideas convincingly.
• Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with number of stakeholders and senior professionals Additional Information: Visa Readiness (US/UK/Others) is a huge plus for suitable candidates.
