What would you do?
- In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower complexity problems.
- Post journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, Fixed asset reconciliation, variance analysis, preparing reports and supports in audits.
What are we looking for?
- Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience candidate.
- Good to Have Tool Skills Yardi and Blackline.
- Experience in analyzing Lease Administration functions including interpretation of lease languages, CAM Reconciliations, CAM Audits, Tax Audits, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Should be able to prepare various reports and circulate to respective stakeholders.
