Responsibilities
- Involves a little amount of independent decision makingIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
- Conduct detailed research on the financial history of businesses to determine their creditworthiness.
- Provide subject matter expertise support for understanding origination guidelines and utilizing the underlying financial statements to complete the origination process.
- Analyzing and executing assignments/deals with moderate complexity.
- Providing work products with improved quality and timeline.
- Assess the risk parameters of the loan, borrower, and industry including the Financial performance of the borrower and guarantor, assessing the repayment capacity and recommending the future course of action in approving/declining/counter offer of business loans.
- Undertaking ad-hoc reporting / analysis requirements
Requirements
- Good to have experience in origination system and client customized templates.
- Good team player who is dynamic, result- oriented with strong work ethic.
- Experience/exposure of US commercial banking operations
