Responsibilities
- The role focuses on defining transformation vision, assessing feasibility and capability gaps, and managing end to end transformation journeys that enable profitable and sustainable growth for insurance clients.
- In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management.

- Develop and articulate business and operating model transformation vision for insurance clients.
- Assess current-state capabilities, identify gaps, and define target-state models across people, process, technology, and data.
- Plan and manage end to end transformation roadmaps aligned to client strategy.
- Drive transformation across insurance value chains (Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Finance & Reporting).
- Identify and solve complex, multi-dimensional problems, creating solutions that require in depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Work within strategic direction set by senior leadership while delivering near term outcomes.
- Engage with senior client and Accenture stakeholders, supporting governance and decision forums.
- Owns complex insurance transformation workstreams.
- Builds credibility as a trusted transformation leader with clients.
- Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
- Translates strategy into execution ready transformation plans
What are we looking for?
- 13–18 years of experience in Business Transformation, Consulting, or Insurance Operations / Technology Transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Solid project / program management capability.
- Experience with process re-engineering, standardization, and digital / automation led transformation in insurance contexts.
- Expert Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
