What would you do?

• •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
• Validate event details such as terms, deadlines, eligibility, and tax implications.
• Ensure accurate event setup in corporate actions systems.
• Provide clients with event details, decision deadlines, and options (e.g., cash vs. stock election).
• Track client responses and ensure timely submission to custodians and agents.
• Ensure accurate processing of elections and submit them before market deadlines.
• Coordinate with custodians, depositaries, and counterparties for confirmation.
• Reconcile entitlements against custodian records to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve breaks related to missing instructions, incorrect elections, or unprocessed entitlements.
• Work closely with risk and compliance teams to mitigate operational risks.
• Reconciliation & Break Resolution Perform daily reconciliations of corporate action positions and entitlements.
• Investigate and resolve mismatches with custodians and internal books.
• Work with finance and settlement teams to ensure correct postings.
• Allocate proceeds (cash or securities) to client accounts post-event. 5.
• Process withholding tax reclaims where applicable. 7.
