Roles and responsibilities
- You will be working as a part of Investment Banking team which specializes primarily in selling securities and underwriting the issuance of new equity shares to raise capital funds They act as intermediaries between security issuers and investors and help new firms to public
- This position oversees daily operations ensuring adherence to regulatory and client-specific guidelines across equity and fixed income portfolios.
- Reporting and Auditing Oversee the preparation and submission of all required regulatory and internal management reports.
- Serve as a key liaison for internal and external auditors and regulatory examiners.
- Define and deliver asset data management solutions, to capture, validate and improve plant, equipment, bill of material and maintenance plan data and install base management.
- Process Improvement and Automation Drive a culture of efficiency and innovation by identifying opportunities for process enhancements standardization and automation within the compliance function.
- Leverage compliance platforms to streamline workflows and improve the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
