Responsibilities
- This role ensures accurate recording of lease transactions, preparation of financial reports, and reconciliation of lease-related accounts.
- The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, optimize lease management, and support month-end and year-end close activities The Account Reconciliation team focuses on general ledger accounting which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts.
- The role requires a good understanding of P&L accounts, bookkeeping, journal entries, voucher entry, trial balance, and month-end reporting.
- The role may also need expertise around intercompany reconciliations, cut-off policies, transfer pricing policies, formal confirmation policy & procedure, dispute resolution policy & procedure, and general procedure.
- As an individual contributor, you will oversee small teams and/or work efforts
- Decisions that are made by you will impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing lease accounting processes in compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards.
- Preparation of treasury transactions, including cash management, and investments.
- Support closing activities including reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
- Prepare detailed lease reports for financial statements and disclosures.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
