Roles and responsibilities

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Indirect Tax professional responsible for managing all aspects of Indirect Tax compliance, accounting, and reporting.
• The role involves collaborating with various departments and clients to ensure tax compliance while staying up to date with tax regulations
• Provide Reports to Internal and External Stakeholders.
• prepares monthly quarterly calculation recording and reporting of tax transactions and effective tax rate reconciliation preparation of financial statements for Statutory Regulatory and Compliance requirement and for preparation of reconciliation and consolidation of accounts
• Manage tax calendar, workings, filings, and payments (including estimated payments)
• Guide the team on complex tax processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Oversee tax provision calculations and supporting documentation
• Coordinate and manage tax audits and queries
• Submit Return Report to Tax Authority
• Settle Tax Liability to Tax Authority
• Manage Tax Liability Prepayments
• Manage Indirect Tax Guarantees
• Manage External Tax Audit

What are we looking for?

• In-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax (US Global as applicable).
• Hands-on experience in handling Sales & Use tax, tax workings, returns preparation, customs & excise, and managing audit tax authority queries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills for tax issues, documentation, and tax calculation.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements according to GAAP IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in tax related accounting reconciliation.
• Experience with Workday ERP
• Advanced MS Excel skills
