Responsibilities
- Roles and Responsibilities In this role you are required to do manage operations for the client and ensure timely and accurate delivery, meet the SLAs and KPIs, review and approve accounting transactions, identify areas of improvement and transformation and implement ideas to deliver value add.
- The Record to Report Team is responsible for general accounting, month end close and reporting performing SOX and other operational controls.
- This role requires a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, month end close and reporting activities.
- Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts.
- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- Posting journal entries, preparing reports, Reviewing entries and reconciliations.
- Supporting month-end closing activities including banking, fixed assets and intercompany accounting.
- Engage in monthly discussions with team members about performance, coaching, feedback, training needs, and career development
- Monitor and drive team performance, ensuring throughput and quality meet defined metrics
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing cash forecasting statements
- Supporting audit processes In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
