- Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
- Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve financial processes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Skills
- NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using SAP FI CO modules.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with various business units.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing financial operations.
