Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements.
- Driving month end and quarter end close of the group results.
- Track, analyze, and report on business performance against targets.
- Ensuring accuracy in financial reports, models, and data analysis.
- Adhere to Organization Policies and Rules
What are we looking for?
- Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic skills to coordinate tasks, track progress, and deliver on time.
- Exposure to book closing by processing all relevant entries.
- Knowledge of the budgeting process, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong command of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, charts, etc.) and formulas for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday) and financial planning software is a plus.
- Effective Written Communications- Create, deliver, or exchange concise written documentation with thoughts, opinions.
