Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements.
- Driving month end and quarter end close of the group results.
- Prepare and deliver timely, insightful financial reports for leadership.
- Track, analyze, and report on business performance against targets.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their needs, gather data, and provide financial guidance that supports organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and controls for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Adhere to Organization Policies and Rules
What are we looking for?
- Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic skills to coordinate tasks, track progress, and deliver on time.
- Knowledge of Joint Venture accounting.
- Exposure to book closing by processing all relevant entries.
- Proficiency in building dynamic financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and scenario analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to extract insights from large datasets using advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in preparing budgets, tracking performance, and conducting variance analysis to explain deviations and guide corrective actions.
- Effective Written Communications- Create, deliver, or exchange concise written documentation with thoughts, opinions.
- Exposure to Joint Venture billings
