Responsibilities
- This role is aligned with the Finance Operations vertical and supports the determination of financial outcomes by collecting operational data and reports, conducting analysis, mapping commission amount to accurate account and reconciling transactions.
- This role covers customer inquiry, reconciliation sales order, delivery, invoicing, and related cash-application activities.
- Create and issue customer invoices.
- Review debit notes, identify process gaps, and follow up with the sales Client team for reasons behind debit notes and unrecognized revenue.
- Support receipting invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, reconciliation, Refund or Write Off order management, sales orders, order processing, order fulfillment, and journal entries.
- Partner with Onshore or regional teams to seek resolution on inquiries.
- Billing processing (Upstream & Downstream)
- Interact primarily with the immediate team and direct supervisor.
- Work under detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
- Make decisions affecting the individual s own work.
- Contribute as an individual team member within a predetermined, focused scope of work.
- Address cash-application queries and coordinate with customers.
- Collect and analyze operational data and reports, and reconcile transactions.
