- •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
What are we looking for?
- Education- BCOM or Commerce / Finance graduate ERP / any certification required- SAP / Oracle / SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, ServiceNow, OCR tools Commerce graduate with 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay process.
- Knowledge of PO and Non-PO invoice processing, invoice validation and coding.
- Knowledge of 2-way / 3-way matching, supplier query handling and vendor statement reconciliations Basic understanding of payment processing, payment terms, discounts and T&E claims processing.
- Good Excel skills, data analysis and reporting exposure Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
- Strong Accounts Payable / PTP process knowledge ERP exposure: SAP / Oracle / SAP S/4HANA Ariba, ServiceNow, OCR / invoice automation tool exposure Month-end close and accrual posting exposure.
