Responsibilities
- Procure to Pay is the process of managing the entire purchasing cycle from ordering goods and services to making the final payment.
- It includes steps like requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing.
- The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities.
- This process helps in maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs.
- Perform vendor reconciliation in agreed timeframe Ensure variances in vendor reconciliations are resolved appropriately Manage and follow up for variances in vendor reconciliations Perform trade/ nontrade creditors reconciliations.
- Work hours at night.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). ? 1+ years of experience in accounts payable ?.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ?.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level Excel, Word, Outlook). ?.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders. ?.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus (SAP, Oracle).
