Responsibilities
- Decisions that are made by you will impact your work and may impact the work of others
- Please note this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
- Analyze Finance Operations data and reconcile transactions.
- Support end to end Procure to Pay, vendor compliance, savings, discounts and pricing checks.
- Review duplicate payment reports, take action and apply payment controls, with knowledge of taxation, purchasing and receiving of goods and services.
- In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
- You will need to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions.
- You will be expected to be constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders clients.
- You would be an individual contributor and or oversee a small work effort and or team.
- Process vendor and T&E payments via checks, wire, SWIFT and direct debits, using manual payments and automated runs.
Experience (preferred)
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Exposure to Yardi ERP (preferred)
