Responsibilities
- Owns quality decisions for assigned deliverables, applies severity consistently, supports root-cause discussions, and escalates material release risk.
- Creative QA Analyst, Content QA Analyst, Digital QA Analyst, Quality Analyst, Design QA, Creative Test Analyst.
- Review deliverables against briefs, source files, brand guidelines, specifications, approved copy, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate spelling, layout, imagery, dimensions, links, interactions, captions, metadata, product facts, and version consistency as applicable.
- Execute defined creative, content, functional, cross-browser, device, or commerce-content checks.
- Identify recurring defect patterns and recommend preventive checklist or process improvements.
- Maintain independence of review while collaborating constructively with creative and production teams.
- Document defects with clear evidence, severity, expected result, and reproduction information
