Accenture India | Record to Report Ops Analyst

What would you do?

• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments and reclassifications.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities as per the close calendar.
• Perform flux, variance analysis on P&L and balance sheet.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations and investigate open items.

What are we looking for?

• Good understanding of GL accounting, chart of accounts and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and or IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S, 4HANA or Oracle; exposure to BlackLine is an added advantage.
• Ability to meet strict period-end close deadlines.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
