Accenture India | Record to Report Ops Analyst

Responsibilities

• The Record to Report Team is responsible for general accounting, month end close and reporting performing SOX and other operational controls.
• This role requires a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, month end close and reporting activities.
• Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts.
• In this role you are required to do manage operations for the client and ensure timely and accurate delivery, meet the SLAs and KPIs, review and approve accounting transactions, identify areas of improvement.
• Posting journal entries, preparing reports.
• Supporting month-end closing activities including banking, fixed assets and intercompany accounting.
• Engage in monthly discussions with team members about performance, coaching, feedback
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing cash forecasting statements
• Supporting audit processes •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems

Qualification

• Experience 4 to 6 years Key Skills and Abilities.
• Monitor and drive team performance, ensuring throughput and quality meet defined metrics Certifications.
