Accenture India | Record to Report Ops Assoc Manager

Responsibilities

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solve moderately complex problems.
• Individuals would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
• The Record to Report Team is responsible for general accounting, month end close and reporting performing SOX and other operational controls.
• This role requires a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, month end close and reporting activities.
• Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Posting journal entries, preparing reports, Reviewing entries and reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end closing activities including banking, fixed assets and intercompany accounting.
• Engage in monthly discussions with team members about performance, coaching, feedback, training needs, and career development
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing cash forecasting statements

Qualification

• Experience 10 to 14 years Key Skills and Abilities.
• Monitor and drive team performance, ensuring throughput and quality meet defined metrics Certifications.
