Responsibilities
- Update close tasks, track completion, highlight risks and communicate issues that may affect the close timetable.
- Prepare accurate reconciliations with appropriate support, aging, explanations and action plans for open items.
- Investigate interface and reconciliation exceptions, post approved corrections and follow up with stakeholders to clear aged items.
- Maintain complete close and reconciliation evidence, support audits and contribute to close-cycle improvement; specific KPI targets.
Requirements
- Experience with BlackLine or similar reconciliation and close-management tools.
