Responsibilities
- This role ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable tax laws and financial reporting standards
- Responsible for reviewing income tax provision reporting, statutory compliance, partnership taxation, and foreign information reporting.
What are we looking for?
- In-depth knowledge of ASC 740 and statutory reporting (SSAP No. 101).
- Experience with foreign information reporting (Forms 926, 8865, 8621).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to explain complex tax matters clearly to leadership and auditors.
- Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
- American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
