Responsibilities
- The role will be responsible for user administration, workflow governance, journal and task management, system configuration, automation initiatives, reporting, compliance support, and continuous process improvements across Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.
- •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
- Maintain teams, sub-teams, preparer/approver assignments, and ownership structures.
- Perform periodic access reviews and support audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with segregation of duties (SoD) and internal controls.
- Create, update, reassign, deactivate, and delete journals/tasks as required.
- Monitor task certifications, due dates, and workflow completion.
- Ensure master data accuracy including entities, frequencies, and approval workflows.
