Responsibilities
- •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies and talent AML fraud management involves detecting, preventing, and managing money laundering and financial fraud.
- It includes monitoring transactions, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations to protect financial institutions and their customers from fraudulent activities.
- Fraud Detection, Prevention, Investigation, Sanction Screening & understanding of financial regulations.
- Understand & implement laws, and regulations designed to stop the practice of generating income through illegal actions during transfer of funds.
- Anti Money Laundering law covers limited number of transactions and criminal behaviors to prevent terrorist financing and money laundering and compliance programs, including know-your-customer (KYC) rules.
- Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
