Responsibilities
- The Record to Report team supports accurate period end financial reporting, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, controls and audit ready accounting across assigned entities and accounts.
- In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
- Manage assigned statutory reporting activities and timelines, track completion, highlight risks and communicate issues that may affect reporting delivery.
- Prepare and review accurate financial reports, financial statements, supporting schedules and reconciliations with complete supporting evidence.
- Validate data across ERP and reporting systems, investigate variances or inconsistencies, and coordinate timely resolution with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
- Develop structured commentary on financial movements, risks and trends; maintain audit-ready reporting evidence.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI or similar ERP, reporting and visualization tools.
