Responsibilities

• The Team Member is responsible for end-to-end preparation and management of documentation for various market products, including NCDs, CPs, ICDs, and Repo borrowings, while ensuring timely and accurate execution of day-to-day repayments.

• To execute the day to day operations.
• Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day transactions for CPs and NCDs, including issuances, allotments, corporate actions, listings, and timely uploading of requisite data on the DLT platform.
• Ensuring Timely Debt repayments and managing cashflows for Investments and OIS deals.
• Prepare and process maker-level SAP entries for all market borrowing and investment transactions, including CPs, NCDs, ICD borrowings, Repo, G-Secs, T-Bills and Reverse Repo, ensuring accuracy and timely accounting.
• Manage and process vendor invoices related to CP and NCD issuances, ensuring timely verification, follow-up, and payment to vendors.
• Liaise with Secretarial team for SEBI compliances, ROC matters, DTDs executions and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with Finance team for sharing data, quarterly RBI filings, discussion on queries raised by Auditors.
• Liaise with Compliance Team for sharing the data required by RBI.
• Liaise with System IT team to incorporate new changes in the system and develop new borrowing products in system.
• To liaise with Stock exchanges for Listing, In-principle approval, understanding for new circulars issued.
• To Liaise with NSDL for CP issuances, corporate action, submissions on DLT platform.
• To liaise with brokers w.r.t. end to end deal execution for CPs.
• To liaise with peer NBFCs to understand market practices.
• To generate MIS and Presentation for various reviews.
• To make presentations for Monthly ALCO.
• Prepare MIS for all market borrowing products, including NCDs, CPs, ICD borrowings and Repo.
• Drive SAP automation to generate system-driven reports and ensure accurate and timely data.
• Managing end-to-end vendor payments and invoice processing for CP & NCDs. Timely preparations, collaboration and submissions of Monthly ALCO, Chairman and Board ppt Slides.
• Supporting team to close the month end activities.
