Responsibilities

• The purpose of this role is to be part of Actuarial Analytics function with the vision of helping company build a quality portfolio.
• The role will also support pricing and valuations function in framing assumptions for the future basis portfolio trends and industry benchmarking.
• Outlier analysis at granular levels.
• Plan vs actual analytics and suggesting timely and practical interventions to minimize unwanted deviance.
• Feeding insights into pricing to ensure profitability.
• Need to stay updated on the industry trends and time to time change in the regulations and code of conduct values.
• Self-grooming and learning is a journey and hence needs to undergo training, webinars, as well as undergo professional courses to grow and excel.
• Encourage Team/nominate them to undergo necessary training programs to perform their work effectively as well as excel.
