Responsibilities
- Whether you're producing thought-provoking research, identifying compelling investment opportunities, infusing new technologies into our business or providing thoughtful advice to clients, we’re looking for unique voices to help lead us forward.
- The Assistant Vice President – Resiliency Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide resiliency and risk management frameworks, ensuring operational continuity and organizational preparedness.
- This role will collaborate across functions to embed a risk-aware culture and safeguard AB’s operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to promote a risk-aware culture and ensure that risk management is integrated into business processes.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness among employees, particularly new joiners.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on risk management activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management and the board.
- Collaborate effectively across global and local teams to embed risk management practices.
Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
