Responsibilities

• Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as sourcing, supply chain, and treasury), manage inter-company transactions, and contribute to process improvements, and much more.

• You’ll specifically take care of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, but also support common financial operations and controls.
• Managing payment schedules and proposals.
• Executing various payment methods and reconciling bank debits.
• Handling customer orders, invoices, and remittances.
• Monitoring bank statements and managing on-account postings.
• Work with innovative financial tools and processes.
• Collaborate with transverse teams and supportive colleagues.

• Processing invoices, credit notes, and financial adjustments
• Adhering to process controls and contributing to root cause analysis for critical issues

Requirements

• Experience or understanding of inter-company financial processes.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (desirable).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
