  • Track governance-related product risks and open items, coordinating with programme managers to drive resolution.
  • Control Monitoring and Risk Tracking.
  • Review and challenge Monitoring Control Indicators (MCIs), identify adverse trends, and flag them for review.
  • Support periodic control testing: prepare test plans, gather evidence, document results, follow up on remediation.
  • Review and track issue register items to ensure timely closure and ensuring deviations are promptly escalated through established protocols.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation with complete, version-controlled evidence trails.
  • Track key governance metrics: RCSA completion rates, control effectiveness, issue closure velocity, regulatory submission accuracy.
  • Support audit preparation and response, coordinating with Internal Audit and external regulators as needed.
  • Coordinate across Tax, Legal, Policy, Product, Technology, and Fraud Prevention teams to collect governance inputs and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for governance queries from partner teams.
  • Work across time zones with teams in the US, EU, Japan, and India.
  • Reporting and Audit Readiness
