Responsibilities
- This Role specializing in creating Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP Ariba are in high demand, particularly within procurement.
- These positions focus on managing the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, vendor onboarding, and ensuring accuracy in spending.
- This role requires basic financial knowledge of Capital, Expense, and Deferred Expense.
- Need to be able to interpret Statements of Work to derive WBS alignment.
- Creating, issuing, and managing R&D or project-related Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing (if relevant).
- Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Downstream Buying and Invoicing) and SAP ERP systems.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with purchasing processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.
