Roles and responsibilities
- As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will review financial statements for Hedge Funds, Private Equity funds, Real Estate entities and similar structures across multiple GAAP frameworks, including IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, and Canadian GAAP.
- You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements based on the provided data, as well as conducting thorough reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop document and institute procedures to make the FR process more efficient and standardized, saving time and money.
- Manage a team in a high-volume, deadline and production-driven environment while maintaining 100% accuracy.
- Provide ongoing and continuous training, motivation and development of all team members to maintain high client service standards.
- Manage a team and deadline and be effective in a production-driven environment while maintaining 100% accuracy.
- Train the team to ensure quality services to clients.
- Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Clients, Auditors, and Director.
- Take the lead and we’ll give you the support you need to be at the top of your game.
- Use resources within the team, establishing goals and objectives of the team
- Define the timeline of financial statements onshore
Experience in financial reporting
- Experience of Financial Reporting in Hedge Funds.
- Manual experience of reporting in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
