Key responsibilities

• This role is responsible for driving short- and long-term cash management strategy and hedging strategy execution while ensuring compliance, optimisation of cash and liquidity, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Oversee daily liquidity and cash positions across all group entities.
• Ensure robust compliance with treasury policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Own the investment and funding strategy for surplus cash and recommend optimal options (e.
• Build and manage strong banking and financial institution relationships.
• Monitor counterparty risks and oversee exposure management.
• Act as the escalation point for any breaches in policy or risk limits.
• Lead and develop a team of treasury analysts and dealers, ensuring effective performance management and capability development.
• Take the lead and we’ll give you the support you need to be at the top of your game.
• Authorise and oversee execution of treasury transactions, including FX, interest rate derivatives, loans, and intercompany funding.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in managing FX, liquidity, and risk.
• Strong background in policy compliance and execution governance.
• Experience managing intercompany funding strategies and investment options.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Advanced analytical and decision-making ability.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with treasury systems (Kyriba).
