Responsibilities
- Lead the team of Customer Associates & Sales Associates in the region / allocated territory to ensure their performance in terms of delivering value, adherence to processes and guidelines at the sites, driving the usages of key / focus products at the sites, interact and manage dealers as and when required.
- Reporting of data as required to SSE, UH & central function.
- Monitoring daily updates of all activities on the Paint Assist app.
- Ensuring prompt lead assignment and conversion of leads assigned to CAs/Sales Associates(SAs).
- Handling escalated customer & dealer complaints ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Executing business generation initiatives in the assigned territory to generate business.
- Provide guidance to customer associates for pitching & conversion of focus products at the sites.
- Monitoring all ongoing / WIP sites to ensure on time work completion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs.
