Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational risk framework to ensure that our organization's processes, controls, and procedures are designed and implemented to mitigate risk and achieve strategic objectives.
• This role is crucial in protecting the company’s assets and maintaining operational efficiency
• Identify and assess operational risks.
• Design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Oversee incident investigation and response.
• Develop and deliver risk management training.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide expert advice.
• Develop and maintain risk management policies.
• Monitor key risk indicators and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present risk reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Operations and Risk Management, Business Administration, Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., FRM, CRM) are preferred.
• Should have experience in handling inter department projects.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point Presentation skills.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operational risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, control implementation, and incident management.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs related to risk management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
