- Lead a team of Associates and Seniors on client engagements and provide high quality delivery.
- Conduct trainings for team members on accounting and reporting concepts.
- Accounting change (revenue recognition and lease accounting)
- Accounting policy manuals and technical accounting memorandums
- Organizing and providing technical training People management
- Drafting accounting policies and writing technical memorandums
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of post–qualification experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting, with at least 2 years of advisory experience preferably with a Big 4.
- Expert knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and Ind-AS.
- Candidates can expect at least two-three rounds of technical interviews.
