Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor multiple fee funds, including tracking balances, progressing matters as required, following up on outstanding payments, and processing payments upon receipt.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with Principals, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely fund administration and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate financial records, and tracking payments or fund activity in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fee funds, monitor payment activity, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player who works well with all other team members.
• The ideal candidate will have an accounting background, preferably with experience in an accounting support or clerk-level role.
• We are looking for someone who is eager to move from a back-office accounting position into a more client-facing role, with opportunities to develop broader business, operational, and stakeholder management skills.
• A record of progressively increasing knowledge, skill, responsibility, and independence.
• Individuals in this position must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional business hours to meet client demands if required.
• Skilled at building relationships with others.
• Able to work in the UK without sponsorship (unfortunately we cannot accept spouse/ graduate visas).
