Responsibilities

• We use a multi-faceted approach for flexibility, depending on the various roles in our organization.
• Global Finance was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions.
• The team provides deep dive analysis by deploying analytics and data mining tools like SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva etc. as well as is involved in setting up automated solutions for complex BAU processes.
• In support of CFO Change objectives this position will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of complex initiatives from a functional leader perspective.
• This person will be responsible for assisting business teams to expedite implementation of automated solutions through collaboration with other CFO and Enterprise Architecture teams to provide a consistent and governed approach in accordance with data management and tech strategy models.
• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including workflow orchestration, system integrations, and scalable automation use cases.
• Design and manage end-to-end automation workflows, ensuring scalability, stability, and measurable business impact.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate functional requirements into AI-driven agent solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and control standards.
• Lead development of solutions on low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, automation tools, workflow engines).

Requirements

• Effectively manage the end to end delivery of their Automation projects / initiatives.
• Strong knowledge in data warehousing concepts.
• Good understanding of RPA (UiPath), Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva, VB, SQL, Data Modeling and other newly upcoming technologies.
• Technical certifications in Microsoft Copilot M365, Studio, RPA tools like UiPath, Alteryx Advanced and Tableau preferred.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot), including the ability to frame effective prompts and apply AI outputs for accurate, relevant, and reusable business deliverables.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio for designing, developing, and testing automation solutions aligned to business processes.
• Hands-on expertise in developing and deploying agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including prompt design, conversation flows, and API/connectivity integration.
• Strong understanding of agent-based architectures and intelligent automation frameworks, with the ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is critical.
• Must have good project management and communications skills.
• Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently with tight and changing deadlines.
• Good documentation skills to capture test results and report them to onshore process team.
• Good analytical skills and ability identify/raise questions.
• Ability to lead/facilitate discussions across various levels of stakeholders/support partners.
• Exposure to advanced AI tools with a focus on responsible AI adoption, governance, and enterprise-scale deployment.
• Excellent understanding with other programming languages such as SQL, Python and VBA will be strongly preferred.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills to drive change.
• Prior experience with either of self-service tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, UiPath (RPA), Power pivot, Workiva and others.
• Proven ability to work with system tools in complex environments and good understanding of business.
• Strong analytical judgment and risk awareness, with experience using AI for data analysis and executive ready insights (e.g., variance, trends), while ensuring appropriate controls, validation, and human review of automated outputs
