Responsibilities

• Leveraging our global expertise and experience, our team of subject matter experts and industry professionals work across sectors and industries to help our clients respond to the changing business environment.
• Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of ITGC, process reviews, IT Application Controls, standard operating procedures review, SOCR (SOC 1, SOC 2), SOX 404 Audits.
• Assists seniors & managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.
• Create a positive learning culture, coaches, counsels and develops junior team members.
• Identify & escalatepotential business opportunities for the firm on existing client engagements.

Qualification

• Should be a team player with a proactive and result orientated approach.
• Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
• Should have good presentation & communication skills.
• Should also be well versed with MS office tools.
• Should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues.
• Managing engagement teams for optimum delivery, ability to articulate audit findings and convincing mid to senior level client management and coaching & mentoring staff on the engagements.
• Experience: At least 3+ years of relevant experience into IT Risk, ITGC
• Fluency in written & verbal English.
• Qualified CA, MBA, BTech/BE.
