Responsibilities

• As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service.
• Have deep knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement.
• Be aware of the client specific adjustments and deviations from the generic process design.
• To enhance and re-design processes to ensure improvement within client context.
• Have excellent command of the functionalities of the technology used for the delivery of services in different client contexts.
• Apply complex analytical models and problem-solving techniques and methodologies to the specific context.
• Ensures that the daily activities within his/her Team’s responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets.
• Help monitor daily workload of team addressing bottlenecks and ensuring payments are processed within SLA
• Provide Quality check for invoices processing, releasing holds and monitoring performance on accuracy
• Ensure compliance to Internal Audit
• Monitor and ensure compliance to standard processes ensuring that any deviations from process are appropriately escalated and monitored to reduce risk
