Key accountabilities

• This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements across the R2R function.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, deep accounting knowledge, and experience in managing complex financial processes in a dynamic environment
• Lead and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP/Local and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IC, FP&A, Tax, Treasury) to ensure alignment and data integrity.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with business partners, responding to business contacts directly to deliver accurate processes.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R process, including automation and standardization.
• Execute new business migration activities and processes efficiently and effectively.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to RTO guidelines of minimum 8 days in office
• Make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward

Requirements

• Professional certification (CA, CPA) with 7 years of R2R experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Should have strong exposure to US and local audit processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, JDE, NIS) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with tools (e.g., Blackline, OneStream, Power BI).
• Exposure to shared services or global finance operations.
