Responsibilities
- This position will have interaction with a variety of CFS personnel and will work collaboratively with these groups to determine viable solutions to user reporting needs.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and support of post-NAV Reporting products.
- Prepares technically detailed documentation for user instructions, production processes, and other programming documentation.
- Identify errors or problems and independently investigate; recommend solutions to team members or supervisors.
- Responsible for meeting with end users to determine report requirements and enhancements.
- Present to or exchange product updates and developments internally, with clients and outside auditors.
- Assist in designing training courses and programs necessary to allow end users to effectively use the tools and templates.
- Provide guidance to team members to motivate and help strengthen specific knowledge areas needed to accomplish team goals.
- Generate innovative solutions for technology to solve workflow, operations, and reporting challenges.
- Work under limited supervision.
- Writing and/or reviewing various reports related to projects.
Requirements
- Must keep up with the latest technology relating to reporting, industry knowledge and software used to perform the job.
- Previous reporting preparation experience.
- Advanced knowledge in complex derivatives.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Good communication and writing skills.
