Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required around all MOS functions such as affirm/confirm, collateral, treasury, S3, etc.
• Develop and maintain a broad understanding of the MOS functions available.
• Monitor and assist in managing client SLAs and operational deliverables in MOS.
• Assist the MOS team in projects across the function and client relationships as and when needed.
• Oversee the collateral process on a daily basis supporting our COE.
• Review mark to market exposures by counter-party on a daily basis.
• Coordinate month-end collateral interest process between counter-parties.
• Review exposure for stale, missing, and zero prices and validate valuation on a daily basis.
• Review set up static data regarding ISDA Master Agreements and credit support documentation.
• Oversee the treasury process on a daily basis supporting our COE.
• Responsible for daily collateral and treasury movements between counter-parties.
• Reviewing multi instrument trade affirmations on vendors Omgeo CTM, Traiana, PB matching portals and manual short form recaps on Trade Date.
• Responsible for the review, exception processing, break escalation/resolution and subsequent affirm/confirm of trade between the client and executing counterparty.
• Ensure accurate trade ticket booking in the CFS Aexeo.
• Oversee the end to end MOS offering for clients.
• Interact effectively with all team members and supporting department(s).
• Collaborate with customers, technology and operations staff to proactively contribute to improved service through operational or financial analysis.
• Work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables.
• Work with client in a professional manner to resolve any open issues.
• Support Senior Vice President in rolling out new operational processes.
• Support, co-ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary.
• Participate and organize operational due diligence reviews and client visits.
• Participate in client pitches and demos.
• Provide both internal and external system training where required.
• Escalate any issues internally and to the client as needed

• Experience/exposure to a cash settlements role not essential but would be a benefit.
• Experience / exposure to ISDA Bi-Lateral agreements and the collateral process not essential but would also be a benefit.
