Responsibilities

• Managing strategic relationships with major clients assigned to India.
• Overseeing service delivery and quality assurance for client portfolios.
• Leading client communications and issue resolution at senior level.
• Managing complex client projects and service implementations.
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition to India offices.
• Coordinate and oversee staffing, hiring, training and development of staff.
• Establish control procedures to minimize the occurrence of errors and follow the escalation matrix to ensure that all issues are reported in timely manner.
• Facilitate a culture of innovation and process improvements.
• Reporting & analytics – prepare executive‑level reports on portfolio performance, client health, and operational metrics for the leadership team.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with KPIs and service level agreements.
• Connecting with the EU teams and identifying areas of improvements and proactively working towards implementing those in India for all the clients across locations as the need may be.

• Working closely with the SVP on establishing standards in client management and quality of deliverables.
