Responsibilities

• May perform less complex accounting projects or participate as a team member on more complex projects.
• Supports account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation and data entry.
• Supports the month-end close process.
• Performs activities under moderate supervision.
• Performs monthly and annual account reconciliations.
• Assists with preparation of tables, charts and other exhibits for reports.
• Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
• Compiles, consolidates and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information.
• Prepares basic journal entries.
• Values differences - Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.
• Accounting of MTM impact and allocation the resultant FX impact between business units of the same LE.
• Reviewing forex transaction and suggesting BU to follow the steps in order to need FEMA guidelines.
• Tracking FX contract, its utilization, rollover, communication with CBS for utilizing import contract.
• Review FCY balances, Netting collections, timely conversions of EEFC amounts.

Requirements

• Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
• Will be undertaking Forex activities - computation of net exposure including obtaining Forecast from different business unit, Preparations of hedging underlying based on net exposure.
• Submission of related documentation with banks, preparation on UFCE exposure and submitting with bank on quarterly basis.
• Submission of Forecast data for exposure & royalty and other applicable remittances to overseas entities.
