Responsibilities

• This role works closely with internal and external customers to ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable balances.
• The position performs routine to moderately complex activities under moderate supervision and contributes to continuous improvement of AR processes.
• Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due.
• Performs activities under moderate supervision.
• Prepares statements of accounts for customers.
• Assists in preparing month end reporting.
• Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement.
• Processes payments made by customers.
• Answers basic customer inquiries.
• Prepares analysis of accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
