Responsibilities
- As an Intern within the Strategic Advisory team, you will support the execution of complex real
- Assessments, development strategy, financial feasibility, and client-facing deliverables, working.
- Support execution of feasibility studies, highest & best use analysis, and development advisory mandates.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research covering demand-supply, pricing, absorption, and competitive benchmarking.
- Contribute to client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategy notes.
- Analyze macroeconomic, regulatory, and policy trends impacting real estate markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (research, transactions) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with structured thinking.
- Working knowledge of financial analysis and valuation techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
